per customer Please note freight was not collected. Driver turned up and left immediately without waiting for them to pull the pallets out. This is now completely unacceptable and can not rely on SAIA anymore even after flagging it to them. See below response from Able Freight: ***QUOTE*** Please note driver from SAIA keeps coming to Able and leaving immediately without the load even though the shipment is ready. I spoke with a representative at SAIA and they explained that unless there is a dock free for their driver and load is ready to be loaded upon arrival, driver will not wait. Please note our warehouse is first come – first served, reason why we do not guarantee a free dock and ready for one particular truck especially when we do not know at what time it will show up. Note driver will comeback tomorrow and we’ll do our best to have load available, close to the dock, but note that SAIA’s policy is not to wait.

Per Veronica, driver missed the closed time on 11/30, it is on board for PU today 12/01,new PU # 7904254

Per SAIA : I just talked to SAIA, they said a driver attempted pickup yesterday around 10:30am and the dispatcher said they need a copy of the DO. Can you please send and I will also sent them out BOL thank you Pickup is reset for today under new pu #7878310
