per customer---Are your team sure they loaded the 3 pallets? As per ICT they informed they still have 1 pallet there, are you sure you loaded the 3? We already have the other 2 pallets but still missing this, please we need an urgently solution we are facing a big penalization with our final customer, we need to find this ASAP. I got involved on the 13th this was after it was confirmed with Estes that they had 3 pc’s my focus was to locate the pc. with Estes. Now that you have provided me with an e-mail stating 1 pc. was left behind, I have reached out to the OSD Rep at NJ and asked her to investigate this. She is reaching out to her contact at ICT to see if there still have a pc. there. I will let you know once I hear back from Estes NJ.

per Katherine--Waiting on a pic from Chicago of the last pallet loading so sac can check their cameras. Resend picture again and advised I provided a picture last week and advised they all look similar. Pls. find attached.

Per customer---Apologies, we got caught up in the rush yesterday. We already picked up the 2nd pc at Manteca yesterday. We had alerted Cat directly and she released. Thanks for the update on the 3rd pc, standing by for Sacramento!

per customer--Please help me with status. advised---No one from Mach1 responded to me on what you want done with the pc. at Manteca terminal. Do you want it set up for delivery? Hold for p/u/? or hold until the third pc is located? As for the third pc. Chicago advised--- I watched all 3 pcs get loaded on the trailer. 1 was double stacked and loaded. Sacramento Can you please advise a camera check on this? Pending feedback from Sacramento Terminal will follow up later today.

As for the third pc. docks checks are on going they have reached out to Chicago to contact a check there pending feedback from Chicago once the check is completed.

Spoke to Katherine in OS&D the 2nd pc. has not arrived. I have a call in SAC OSD, to see what time that trailer depart or will depart.

per customer---Kat just called. Freight arrived! whom should we talk to regarding the re-rating of this delivery? added Daniel and advised-Pls. file service failure with estes-3 pc’s showed up at destination terminal days apart customer had to rescue each pc. separately. See shipments notes. 1st pc. on the 13th. 2nd pc. on the 14th 3rd pc. today.

Advised customer---Per Kat---I just spoke with the terminal again they are doing to special delivery with this freight and it should be here within the next 20 mins to 30 mins. We will advise once we have eyes on it.

Advised customer---Manteca just advises. I spoke to Ryan, and this is correct. Once we have the freight here, we will let you know.

Per customer---can you check with ESTES if we can recover off of Stockton? If they haven’t loaded it yet? Stockton is not much farther from Manteca for us. advised customer---Negative-I just spoke to Ryan one of their Manager at Stockton this is already enroute to Manteca. He said he spoke to Manteca and once unload they will notify us that is available for p/u. I will follow up with Manteca also on this . Rough estimate is 1200 local time into Manteca.

Per Katherine at the Manteca terminal-Driver has picked up the 1 pc we had here in Manteca CA , the 2nd pc is on its way to us as well should be here tomorrow morning. And we are still looking into the 3rd pc .

Customer provided photo -sent to Estes Sacramento, Manteca Terminal and advised This is the only photo I have for now. The other 2 pallets must be similar as the attached. I need both Terminal help to check very closely your docks and with all the necessary stations that were involved, we need to find the missing cargo asap.

Only 1 of 3 was release to the rescuer---advised customer--- I spoke to Rachel in Sacramento it seems they are now advising that they show 2 pc’s moving to Manteca. Rachel is alerting the OSD Rep. to have the dock check done there while Manteca continue their investigation. Can you help us with some descriptions---How it is package? Boxes? What Color? Any marking or tagging? Is there shrink wrap? What color? If you have a picture that would help in the search that would be most appreciated.

Barbara in local Este dispatch is still pushing the pickup agent for confirmation b/c the CFS site shows it loaded but they can't find a PRO # . Can the Shipper do a dock check to confirm this did move out?

Barbara emailed pu agent: This states it was picked up on 9/21 BUT I do not see any paperwork being PRO’d a t this time Can we PLEASE make sure it was routed to my driver on 9/21 and if so what is the PRO for this
